Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 4 November 2026
These terms apply to all services arranged by PRIMECARE HOLIDAYS LTD ("Primecare Holidays", "we", "us"), company number 17538176, registered in England & Wales, registered office Suite 11336, 5 Brayford Square, London, E1 0SG, United Kingdom. By confirming a booking or paying an invoice you agree to these terms and to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
1. Our services
We arrange ground services for individual travellers, companies and travel agencies: VIP airport transfers, Meet & Greet, chauffeured vehicles, tailor-made tours, licensed guides, hotel accommodation, group and incentive programmes, event travel and related services in Türkiye, Europe, the United Kingdom, Morocco and Egypt.
Some programmes, such as scheduled package tours, are organised by third-party licensed tour operators. Where this is the case, the organiser is named in the proposal and its own terms also apply; we act as the selling intermediary.
2. Quotes and bookings
- All services are quotation-based. A proposal states the services, dates, prices, currency, payment schedule and any special cancellation terms.
- Prices are valid for the period stated in the proposal and are subject to availability until the booking is confirmed in writing.
- A booking is confirmed when we send written confirmation (email or WhatsApp) and receive the deposit or full payment due.
- Please check the names, dates and details in your confirmation and tell us of any error within 48 hours.
3. Prices and payment
- Prices are quoted in euros (EUR), pounds sterling (GBP) or US dollars (USD). The currency of every transaction is shown on the proposal, invoice and payment page.
- Unless the proposal says otherwise, a deposit of 30% is due on confirmation and the balance is due 30 days before the first service date. Bookings made within 30 days of travel are paid in full on confirmation.
- For events with limited availability (for example the Turkish Grand Prix) and for flights or tickets issued immediately, full payment may be required on confirmation; the proposal will say so.
- We accept bank transfer and payment by credit or debit card through our payment providers. Card payments by business or corporate cards may carry a processing fee, which is always shown on the invoice before you pay. No fee is added to consumer card payments.
- If payment is not received by the due date, we may cancel the booking and apply the cancellation charges in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
4. Card payments and data security
Card payments are processed by regulated third-party payment providers (such as Stripe or Wise) on secure pages served over encrypted HTTPS connections. These providers are certified to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).
We never see, receive or store your full card number, expiry date or security code. We only receive confirmation of payment and limited details such as the card type and last four digits.
Please never send card details to us by email, WhatsApp or telephone. We will never ask for them.
5. Delivery of services
We do not sell or ship physical goods. Our services are delivered in person at the destination on the dates booked.
- Confirmation, vouchers, driver and guide details are sent by email or WhatsApp, normally at least 48 hours before the first service.
- For airport services we track your flight and adjust pick-up times for delays. If you change your flight, please tell us as soon as possible.
- Our operations team can be reached 24/7 while you are travelling on the number given in your confirmation.
6. Changes
If you ask to change a confirmed booking, we will try to accommodate the change; any difference in price and any supplier change fees will be passed on. A change of date may be treated as a cancellation and new booking if the supplier requires it.
If we have to make a significant change to a confirmed service (for example a different hotel of the same category), we will tell you as soon as possible and offer an alternative of equal or higher standard or a refund for the affected service.
7. Your responsibilities
- Hold a valid passport and any visa, health or entry documents required for your trip.
- Arrive on time for pick-ups, tours and departures; time lost through late arrival cannot be refunded.
- Have suitable travel insurance, including cancellation and medical cover. We strongly recommend it for every traveller.
- Respect local laws, the rules of the sites you visit and the instructions of drivers and guides.
8. Liability
We select suppliers with care and are responsible for arranging the services we confirm. We are not liable for loss or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including extreme weather, natural disasters, strikes, airline schedule changes, government action, epidemics or civil unrest. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Complaints
If something is not right during your trip, please tell us straight away so we can fix it on the spot. Written complaints can be sent to info@primecareholidays.com within 28 days of the end of the service; we reply within 14 days.
